If I could charge per unit this company -50 I would. Client service is terrible. I paid $600 for the year and multiple $75 service fees and none of my appliances were ever replaced. Relieve your money.

Dont do it. Dont sign up for a Sears Home Warranty. The AC went out on our domicile. Tech came out simply did not fix it. Have spent the final six months trying to get them to run into the terms of the contract. No Luck. Avoid them at all costs!

Then and then bad!!! They say one thing then technician says another. Recommended to get to someone else for service/repair. Parts and service are 5 times higher than the regular. Bad experience but in one case is all it takes. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I take been waiting since 5-13-21 for my microwave repair. The magnetron needs to exist replaced. Sears says they are waiting for the part. It is now 10-3-21. So far, no offer to replace it with a cash buyout or replacement. I have talked to at to the lowest degree twenty-thirty "sympathetic" representatives with promises to call me back/transport an email explaining what they will exercise. So far, nothing.
